Step 1: Registration
Click “I want to be a Guide”
Click “Register”
Fill in the required fields: Name, Phone Number, and Email
Accept the Terms & Conditions and Data Protection Policy
Click “Agree and Continue”
Enter the verification code sent to your email and click “Verify Account”
Step 2: Initial Login and Profile Setup
Log in using the “GUIDE” option
Go to “Profile”
Click the Settings icon (top right corner)
Under “My Profile”, upload a profile picture and verify your Name, Email, and Phone Number
Step 3: Complete Your Account
In the “Profile” section, go to “Account”
Fill in all required details
Upload the following documents:
Identification Documents (Citizen Card and Driver’s License)
Company Details (Enter the code provided by the company)
Work Accident Insurance Policy (Policy details + Invoice/Receipt)
If covered by the company’s policy, select that option
Criminal Record
Your account will then undergo an approval and document validation process.
Once you have completed all the steps above, congratulations, you are ready to activate your account!

Refunding a Passenger
If a passenger was charged and you need to issue a refund due to an issue on your part:

You may choose whether or not to charge the customer at the end of the tour.
Too Many Users for My Vehicle
If the group exceeds your TUK’s seatbelt capacity:
Politely refuse to start the tour
Suggest that users request a larger or additional vehicle
This Trip Was Made by the Wrong User
To avoid confusion:
Confirm the Reservation ID with the passenger before starting the tour
The app will show the passenger’s name, and they will see your name, photo, TUK type, and license plate
Tuk Tuk User Age Requirements
Users must be 18+ to create an account
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
If in doubt, ask for ID
Do not proceed with the tour if the user is underage and unaccompanied
I Have Been Fined
You are responsible for any traffic violations
Please pay any fines you receive directly
No Show (Client Didn’t Appear)
If the client doesn’t show up, the guide will receive 50% of the fee

1. Check Your Login Details
Ensure your email/phone number and password are correct.
Common errors include:
Typo in the email (e.g., “con” instead of “com”)
Missing dot or wrong characters
2. Reset Your Password
If needed, use the link below to reset your password:

If you can’t log in with your email, try using your phone number. You’ll receive a verification code via SMS.

Keep Your Documents Up to Date
You’ll receive a notification when a document is close to expiring.
Be sure to upload the updated version promptly to avoid temporary suspension.

How to Update Your Info
To update your phone number, email, password, or address:
Go to “Profile” in the menu
Tap the “Settings” icon (top right)
Select “My Profile”
Tap the field to edit and enter the new information
Complete the verification process
Verification Process:
Phone Number: You’ll get a code via SMS
Password: Enter your current password to confirm the change
Email: A notification will be sent to your old email address
