Requirements

1. Updated Documentation

To use GoTuk, the Guide must have the following up-to-date, submitted, and approved documents in the system:

• Photo
• Criminal Record
• Identification Documents (Citizen Card and Driver’s License)
• Training Certificate
• Work Accident Insurance Policy, if not included in the company’s insurance
  policy (Specific Conditions + Invoice or Receipt

If any document is expired or outdated, the guide’s account will be automatically blocked until new documentation is submitted, validated, and approved.

Active Location

To use GoTuk, the Guide must have the location services on their device enabled.

Active Notifications

To receive tour notifications, notifications must be enabled.

Tours

• At the beginning of the day, the Guide must select the license plate of the Tuk Tuk they will be driving.
• Tours are automatically assigned to Guides by GoTuk based on the user’s selected preferences (language and number of seats) and ranking, where the highest-rated Guide will always have priority.
• For same-day Tours (” now”), available Guides matching the user’s selected criteria will receive a notification to accept. The first Guide to accept will secure the Tour.
• Guides will receive a notification to start the Tour a few minutes before its scheduled time. Tours should start and end within the pre-set times to allow the Guide to receive more Tours.
• Messages will be available 30 minutes before each Tour begins to allow interaction with the user and will become unavailable once the Tour ends.
• Payment for the Tour is made directly to the Guide at the Tour’s starting
  location.

Operational Rules

No Overloading Passengers
Do not allow more passengers than the number of seat belts available in your Tuk Tuk. GoTuk prioritizes user safety. In case of negligence regarding this rule, the Guide will be fully responsible in case of an accident and may be penalized with a lower ranking.

Canceling a Tour within 24 Hours
Guides should never cancel Tours. However, in case of an emergency with valid justification, the Tour will be reassigned
