First, create an account by entering your email, mobile number, and password.

After logging in with the “GUIDE” option selected, activate your account by following these steps:

In the top right corner under “My Profile,” upload your photo and verify your name, email, and phone number.

Select the “Account” option under Profile and submit the following documents:

  • Identification Documents (Citizen Card and Driver’s License)
  • Commercial Registration Certificate of your business (The business
    must include passenger transport activity and the relevant CAE code)
  •  RNAAT License (National Register of Tourism Animation Agents)
  •  Training Certificate
  •  Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Terms + Invoice or Receipt)
  • Work Accident Insurance Policy (Terms + Invoice or Receipt)
  •  Automobile Insurance Policy (Terms + Invoice or Receipt)
  •  Personal Accident Insurance Policy (Terms + Invoice or Receipt)

 

Your account will go through an approval and document validation process.

If you have a vehicle that meets the requirements in Portugal, submit the following
documents:

  • Vehicle Registration Document
  • Current Periodic Technical Inspection (valid for one year, including the number of seats).

Once all the above steps are completed, congratulations! You are ready to activate your account.
